Bily Renovation will begin work on your home as scheduled. You, as the homeowner, have an 8-hour window to cancel the job for ANY reason. If you do not feel we are the Renovation Company you thought we were, our crew, or the quality of work, we will pack up and leave the job.

You will NOT be held responsible for ANY painting costs, with the exception of your materials Bily Renovation has already purchased. (Receipts will be shown for proof of material costs)

Any down payment you have made will be returned 100% minus the material cost.

Property Protection Guarantee

If we have to make an insurance claim on anything in your home, we will give you an extra £100 for your troubles.

We understand your time is money, and who wants to go through the hassle of an insurance claim? If you do with us, we will gladly give you an extra £100 for your inconvenience.

Guaranteed to Last

If any work we perform on your home fails within the written warranty date, we will fix it for free.

If it fails again, we will refund you 100% of the money you spent on the affected area. No questions asked.
