Bily Painting are a highly professional, exceptionally skilled and incredibly personable team of painter decorators. The quality of their work is superb and sets them apart from other painter decorators. Ruslan, Andrew and Igor have completely transformed three rooms in our house, stripping layers of wallpaper, plastering and patching our walls and painting multiple coats of paint to create the finish we wanted. Their attention to detail is excellent (and we certainly expected a lot of them as we asked them to use many different types of paint for different surfaces, including doors, coving, ceilings, skirting boards and walls!) They completed the job on time and maintained dialogue with us throughout, explaining everything as the job progressed. It is also worth mentioning how tidy this team are! All in all, a magnificent job. I cannot recommend Bily Painting highly enough!

Ruslan and his team were quick to respond to my enquiry. They got the works done within the week and it was done so well, I was so pleased with the finish. 
My place was left spotless and Ruslan even returned to help me put a TV on a bracket, as I was struggling to do that myself. 
He really went above and beyond and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

I cannot recommend enough Ruslan and his team at Bily Painting, who practically redecorated my flat in Leith from floor to ceiling. Full 5*.
There are many things they excelled at, such as communication around the work, getting extra people in with specialized skills, and the quality of the decorating.
I’d recommend them to anyone I know in Edinburgh. Their before/after photos give an idea, but don’t give justice to the quality of the work and my customer experience.

Ruslan and his team painted my new flat this week and have done an excellent job.
 I’m very happy with the standard of work. He sent photos to show how the job was progressing, finished on the day he said he would and left everything clean and tidy.

Very happy with the service that Ruslan provided in a very small timeframe. This was a house decorating of stripping wallpaper, putting up lining paper and feature wallpaper and painting. 
Andrew the painter turned up really early in the morning to get on with the job and ensured we were happy with the finished result. Friendly, approachable and would highly recommend this firm for future work. By far the cheapest quote we received.

Ruslan and his co-worker Andrew provided an excellent service from start to finish. They were able to start according to my preferred dates and arrived on time, when they said they would, with all their own equipment. We were given an accurate estimate of how much and what type of paint and wallpaper to buy.
 We were given the chance to review the work at various stages and discuss any problem areas with them. Their work was immaculate, they were a pleasure to have here, they worked efficiently, there was always good communication and we couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend this well-experienced and well-organised company for your decorative projects!
