Here's How Our 8-Hour Promise Works

Bily Renovation will begin work on your home as scheduled. You, as the homeowner, have an 8-hour window on day one to evaluate our punctuality, cleanliness, communication, and craftsmanship.

If you do not feel 100% confident in our team or our standards for ANY reason, we will pack up and leave the job without hesitation.

You will NOT be charged for any labour costs, with the exception of specific bespoke materials already purchased for your project (with itemised trade receipts provided for full transparency).

Any deposit or advance payment you have made will be promptly returned, minus only the verified material cost. Full details are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Property Protection Guarantee

We treat every home with utmost respect. In the unlikely event an insurance claim is required on anything in your home, we will credit you £100 for the inconvenience.

We understand your time is valuable. We hold full AXA Public Liability Insurance (£2,000,000) and take total responsibility for maintaining a clean, protected work environment from day one.

Workmanship Guaranteed to Last

Every renovation project is backed by our comprehensive written workmanship warranty. If any aspect of our completed installation requires adjustment or remedial attention during the warranty period, our team will fix it free of charge.

Transparent Written Quote Promise
